How are those products produced?
I do not print the products myself, I am using Gelato to manage the printing and shipping. I am "just" the artist doing the illustrations, only get a commission on the final product.

Do you deliver to Europe? To the USA? To Canada? To the United Kingdom?
Yes to all those destinations.

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
It is very hard to say, as it depends on the location. My test deliveries in the UK and Europe took about 4 or 5 days to arrive.

Are you sure the delivery mechanism works?
I am living in the UK and was able to test the delivery there and in Europe. I have never tested in the USA or Canada myself, but I am confident they should work as this is all handled by what should be a reliable partner.

Do you have any refund policy?
Unfortunately no. If you are not satistified with the product you received, I can't offer a refund. However I will happily take your feedbacks so I can improve things for other customers, and give you a discount for other produts.

How do I find the right size for the clothing?
I have left the size details from Gelato in the description of the items, I hope they are clear enough.

Are you using AI?
No I am not. Everything here was created manually by myself, either digitally on my iPad with procreate, or some watercolors that I scanned.
